Lauren Labrecque Gallagher, OTR/L
Lauren comes to Abilities In Action with expertise in working with children with autism, cerebral palsy, neurological disorders, learning and vision difficulties and developmental delays and has a passion for helping them reach their potential in a fun atmosphere.
Lauren graduated cum laude from Quinnipiac University in 2001 with a degree in Occupational Therapy. She completed her pediatric affiliation at a sensory integration clinic in Tarzana, California, where she gained a strong background in the area of sensory integration.
After returning to New Jersey, she joined the staff at The Children’s Center of Monmouth County as an occupational therapist working with children with a variety of needs. She continued her school experience at Harbor School in Eatontown. Lauren then joined Monmouth Medical Center’s staff to work for its early intervention program, helping infants, toddlers and their families achieve their goals. She also provided occupational therapy services for school-aged children at Tender Touch Occupational Therapy for five years. Born and raised on the Ryan incorporates his passion for surfing and music into his treatment sessions as much as possible. These modes of receiving proprioceptive, vestibular, and auditory input provide for a fun and therapeutic way of helping children to become stronger and more organized for improved skill acquisition. His goal for every child is to improve their level of independence while utilizing the #1 occupation for children to learn: PLAY! Jeannie Seuffert, OTR/L
Lauren has advanced training in Sensory Integration and Kinesiotaping, as well as her certification in Yoga for the Special Needs Child and Therapeutic Listening.
Ryan White, MOT, OTR/L
Ryan comes to Abilities In Action with 8 years of experience working within the public school system providing occupational therapy services to children ages 3-18 with developmental delay, autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing disorder, cerebral palsy, down syndrome, as well as other conditions.
Jeannies comes to Abilities in Action with advanced training in Hippotherapy, Therapeutic Horseback Riding and Craniosacral Therapy. Jeannie uses an eclectic approach to treatment, incorporating sensory integration, craniosacral therapy and yoga into her treatment programs.
Prior to joining Abilities in Action, Jeannie was the Program Administrator of S.P.U.R., a therapeutic horseback riding program in Monmouth County. She also provided early intervention services for children in Monmouth County.
Jeannie has her Level I Certification in Craniosacral Therapy, as well as her certification in Yoga for the Special Needs Child.
Jill Hrychynszyn, MS OT
Jill comes to Abilities in Action with experience treating children in a variety of settings, including schools, home and outpatient centers. Prior to obtaining her Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy, Jill was a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant. Jill attends continuing education courses regularly to expand her knowledge and improve her treatment.
Carolyn Kline, COTA
Carolyn is a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) who earned her associates degree from

After taking a brief hiatus to raise a family and continue her education, Carolyn has joined Abilities in Action to help promote independence and improve life skills in children.
Christina N. Miranda, COTA
Chris comes to Abilities in Action with experience that includes working in a variety of environments, including schools and outpatient centers. Chris has been working for 12 years at The Children’s Center of Monmouth County, providing school-based occupational therapy for children ages 3-21. Chris graduated from
Chris practices a collaborative approach to treatment and promotes working closely with speech therapists, physical therapists and parents to facilitate functional skill development for children of all ages and abilities. Chris specializes in the use of adaptive equipment and seating, splinting, and therapeutic use of compression and weighted garments for improving stability, body awareness and sensory regulation.
